By accessing or using DeviceLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DeviceLink provides a platform for sharing local device files with AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Files are streamed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. The service consists of a CLI agent, a cloud bridge, and MCP server integration.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use DeviceLink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and device credentials
• Ensuring you have the right to share any directories you make available
• All activity that occurs through your account and connected devices

4. Intellectual Property

DeviceLink software, documentation, and branding are proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the CLI agent solely to connect to the DeviceLink platform as intended.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVICELINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a request on the support page.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
